Steps
- Clean the pooja area and set up the altar.
- Place the idol or image of Surya on the altar.
- Prepare Thekua and fruits as offerings.
- Fill a kettle with water and place it for Arghya.
- Light a diya and incense.
- Recite the Surya Vandana and offer water.
- Offer Thekua and fruits while chanting mantras.
- Perform Aarti with the diya.
- Conclude with Pradakshina around the altar.
- Distribute Prasad to family members.
