- diya (lamp)

Steps
- Clean the puja area and set up the altar.
- Place a bowl of Ganga water on the altar.
- Light the diya and incense sticks.
- Offer flowers and fruits to the water.
- Recite the mantras dedicated to Ganga.
- Perform aarti with the diya.
- Offer sweets as prasad.
- Conclude with a prayer for purification and blessings.
