Annamanada Mahadeva Temple is a revered Hindu temple located in Annamanada, Thrissur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, whose shivling stands at nearly four feet tall and is regarded as the Kirathamoorthy, depicted in a benevolent mood while bestowing the Pashupatastra to Arjuna.

This temple is recognized as one of the 108 Shiva Temples in ancient Kerala and is believed to have been consecrated by Sage Parashurama, the Sixth avatara of Lord Vishnu. Alongside Lord Shiva, the temple also enshrines Goddess Parvathi and Lord Vishnu, with several sub-deities including Lord Ganesha, Lord Sastha, and Goddess Durga.
