ઇષ્ટિ એ એક વેદિક વિધિ છે જેમાં યજ્ઞો (બલિદાન) દેવતાઓને અર્પણ સાથે કરવામાં આવે છે, જે ઇચ્છાઓને પૂર્ણ કરવા અથવા સમૃદ્ધિ અને સુખ માટે દૈવી આશીર્વાદ મેળવવા માટે છે.
