ಲೋಡ್ ಆಯಪ್ಪನಿಗೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಯಾತ್ರಾ ಸ್ಥಳ, ಪೆರಿಯಾರ್ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆಯುವ ಪರ್ವತದ ಕಾಡಿನ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

ಭಕ್ತರು ಪರಂಪರೆಯಂತೆ 41 ದಿನಗಳ ವ್ರತವನ್ನು (ವ್ರತ) ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಇದು ಶತಮಾನಗಳ ಹಳೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವಾಗಿದೆ.
