ದೀರ್ಘ ವಿವರಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವಯಂ-ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಶರತ್ತುಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕ್ಷಮೆ. ಎರಡು ಪದಗಳು: ನಾನು ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ. ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುವಾಗ ಹೇಳಿ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಹೇಳಿ. ಒಂದು ಸತ್ಯವಾದ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಎರಡು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
